Description

Founded in 1892, the American Jewish Historical Society is the oldest ethnic historical organization in the United States. Often referred to as the "National Archives" of American Jewry, its holdings are a major resource for scholars, students, curators and pulishors who want to document American Jewish life from the 1500's to the present.

Members pay an annual fee to join the organization. In addition, many purchase books, posters and gift products directly from AJHS or their email store. Members have high incomes and hold advanced university degrees.

Membership fee: $50
