Members and prospective affilates of the Orthodox Union (OU) of Canada.
The OU was founded in 1898 to unify the ranks of traditional Jews in America, provide a strong political voice and to halt the trend towards assimilation.
The OU manages a variety of projects including kosher supervision, synagogue services, The National Conference on Synagogue Youth (NCSY) and an Institute of public affairs. As well as an institute of Public Affairs.
Canadian OU members and affiliates heave traditional reliogoious values and moderate to conservative political leanings.
