Important: Before we can ship your order, we must have a signed List Rental Agreement Letter from your company or organization. Negev Direct Marketing List Rental Agreement Letter

We agree that the mailing list(s) you provide us with is the valuable property of Negev Direct, Ltd. or the list owner if other than Negev Direct, Ltd. We are merely renting the use of the list(s)for a one-time mailing or telemarketing use only. In no event shall the list(s) be used for mailings containing petitions, surveys, sweepstakes, or free offers of any kind. We understand that suitable precautions have been taken to detect unauthorized use of this data.

We guarantee these list(s) will not be copied or reproduced in any way, or sold or utilized by anyone other than ourselves. We further guarantee that no information or data will be transferred from the list(s) to our house files; and that the mailing piece submitter with our order is a true sample of what will be mailed.

We understand that Negev Direct, Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy of the list(s) or the outcome of the mailing. We agree that Negev Direct, Ltd. is not liable for any damages or loss sustained through the use of the list(s), or for any special or consequential damages, and in no event shall liability exceed the cost of the list(s).

In addition, we guarantee that the person(s) in charge of our data processing/letter shop/mailing/telemarketing operatioins also understands and agrees to each of these rental conditions.
